Who We Are

I have been working as a psychologist for over 20 years, and have worked with many types of people, and many types of problems. I have offered a safe environment and have learned and grown from all the people that have conversed with me about their issues. I have worked with adults, children, some couples and may offer groups in the near future. I am interested assisting people in the areas of personal growth.  I am wanting to help them improve self esteem, increase self confidence, be able to individuate and become autonomous. I have worked with people in recovery from substances when clean/sober for a period of time.  When individuals want more from life, that is when I can assist them with the next stage of development.  When people are ready to address the issues that decrease their ability to flower/bloom. I have worked with people who are Adult Children of Alcoholics, Codependents, Mothers who are learning to become Mothers, and have worked with people who want to Communicate more effectively.  It is my interest to work with people who are ready to set life goals and follow through.  But want to explore what resistance they possess and are willing to address them.  Creating a meaningful life is the objective, one the person can love.
